Job Description
As a Sportswear/Logo Sales, you will work in a team-oriented (sometimes independently), high-volume, fast-paced, environment to deliver the best dining experience to our guests by:

Greeting guests in a friendly and inviting manner

Engaging in friendly conversation in a timely fashion, while showcasing our merchandise

Always sincerely thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return

Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations and fast paced environment.
Requirements

Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner

Assist guests in making reservations as they call or arrive at the restaurant utulizing the Open Table reservation system

Answer incoming telephone calls within 3 rings in a friendly and professional manner.

Be able to multi-task between assisting guests as they arrive, anwering the telephone, and assisting co-workers

Ring in merchandise and maintain records through Aloha POS System; receive and process cash or credit payments

Balance cash drawer and complete daily sales report.

Assist in inventory, ordering, and receiving

Must be dependable, report to work as schedule and on time, and follow all policies regarding scheduling and attendance.
