Job Description

Wash dishes, pots, glassware, flatware using mechanical dishwasher and by hand.

Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas and/or cooking line.

Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.

Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pick up areas.

Empty and clean rubbish cans with water and detergent.
