Job Description
As an Ambassador (Greeter) you will work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, environment to provide the highest level of quality and service to deliver the best dining experience to our guests by:

Assisting guests in making reservation

Greeting guests in a friendly and inviting manner

Engaging in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion

Always sincerely thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return

Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations and fast paced environment.
Requirements

Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner

Assist guests in making reservations as they call or arrive at the restaurant utulizing the Open Table reservation system

Seat guests correctly at assigned tables and provide them with necessary supplies such as menus, silverware, high chairs etc.

Answer incoming telephone calls within 3 rings in a friendly and professional manner.

Be able to multi-task between assisting guests as they arrive, anwering the telephone, and assisting co-workers.

Be dependable, report to work as scheduled and on time, and follow all policies regarding attendance.
