Job Description
We are currently seeking a full time Cook.
Major responsibilities include:

Prepare meats, vegetables, batters, sauces, and mixes according to recipies for use at station

Assure that all food procedures are followed

Follow all sanitation guidelines

Become familiar with new menu items/dishes
-
Restock or breakdown assigned station before next meal period depending on shift
-
Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful conditions
Requirements
-
Minimum of 2-3 years of food preparation experience required

Experience with quantity food preparation preferred
-
Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes

Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements

Receive and follow directions from supervisors; follow direction of computer generated tickets
Physical Requirements;
